This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from SmartAiRe - a Product of NASHDOM INNOVATIONS LLP for subscriptions and related services. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK cooling‑off rights where applicable).
1. Trials and First‑Time Purchases
- If a free trial is offered, charges begin at the end of the trial unless canceled before renewal.
- For first‑time annual subscriptions purchased without a trial, you may request a refund within 14 days if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations and we cannot resolve the issue.
- Monthly subscriptions are generally non‑refundable after activation, except where required by law.
2. Renewals and Prorations
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your plan terms.
- Cancelations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not typically provide prorated refunds for partial months.
- In cases of documented service unavailability or material defects where we are unable to remedy within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, issue a prorated credit or refund.
3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
- If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or billed, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
- Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.

- If you purchased through a third‑party platform or marketplace, that provider’s refund policy applies and you must contact them directly.

- Account email and organization name
- Invoice or transaction ID and billing date
- Reason for the request and any relevant details

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider and jurisdiction.
