Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions to SmartAiRe - a Product of NASHDOM INNOVATIONS LLP ("SmartAiRe", "we", "us") work, including billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Plans and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.
- Prices, features, and usage limits are published on our pricing page and may change with notice where required by law.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be charged in addition as required by applicable law.
2. Free Trials and Promotions
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription auto‑renews at the then‑current price unless canceled.
3. Auto‑Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Unless required by law or covered under our Refund Policy, fees already paid are non‑refundable.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro‑rated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Feature and usage limits of the new plan will apply after renewal.
- Some plan changes may affect stored data or features. We recommend exporting data before downgrading if needed.
5. Payment Methods and Failures
- Payments are processed by our PCI‑DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
- If a payment fails, we may retry charges and notify you to update your payment method.
- We may suspend or limit access for unpaid accounts after reasonable notice until the balance is settled.
6. Taxes and Invoices
- Applicable VAT/GST/Sales taxes are calculated based on billing information and local laws.
- Invoices and billing history are available through your account or by contacting support.
7. Fair Use and Abuse
- We reserve the right to enforce fair‑use limits to preserve service quality and prevent abuse.
- Excessive or abusive usage that degrades service for others may result in rate limiting, suspension, or plan adjustments after notice.
8. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend access for cause (e.g., non‑payment, legal violations, security risks) following reasonable notice, unless immediate action is required.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Data retention and deletion are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy periodically. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in‑app notice.
